v2.0.1 Release Notes

Daylife Select 2.0.1 fixes several issues found in Daylife Select 2.0.0, and introduces some new features. As always, we welcome your feedback.

New Features:

• We have cleaned up the first-time and returning user flow, so that new and returning users have a clear starting point when they reach the Daylife Select Customization Wizard. Returning users can also manage their sites, create new sites, and delete existing sites directly from this new Welcome palette.

  The palette is always available under the new Help link, located in the right-hand corner of the Customization Wizard. The Help link lays the groundwork for the new Daylife Select Help Center (coming soon). The new Help Center will include tips and step-by-step documentation, and will be available, on-demand, inside the Customization Wizard.

• There is a new customization option for publishers. Publishers can now bypass Daylife Select Story Pages and link directly to the original source for an article. This option is available in every module that displays headlines. Eventually we will let publishers have full control over their Daylife Select site map.
• Richer, more comprehensive link metatags on all Daylife Select sites for SEO.

Resolved Issues:

• Fixed several user experience and display issues with Custom Topic Pages.
• Fixed loading behavior of the Customization Wizard, and refactored it so that Customization Wizard CSS is more insulated from the actual page CSS.
• Added loading script to Update buttons to communicate status during updating process.
